Don't purchase the continental breakfast in advance unless if you're happy with coffee, juice and toast. I ended up paying 17 dollars for 2 adults to get the full buffet, and that's with a 50% off because I decided to upgrade from the continental breakfast that I had already purchased in advance. ATTENTION: Half of the beach has eroded because of hurricane Wilma, so don't pay attention to the pictures on the web site. The waves are actually slamming-up against one of the pools. This place is also plagued with annoying TIME SHARE AGENTS.

This hotel is out to get your money. They scammed my wife and I and now we are in financial trouble because of broken promises. There is a website devoted to victims of this hotel, do a search before you stay, timeshare fraud at the KIVC.

I love this hotel, the location is great, the staff has always treated me well and I would go back anytime.

I stayed at the Krystal 10 times and after the hurrican it is in need of renovation. Ants were all over in my room due to land shifts; the ants were everywhere!!! I was killing ants all the way to the airport; fighting them off my luggage--praying I would not bring them home. I love the Krystal I just pray they RENOVATE. Food is OK; I've only had lunch there.
Too many Timeshares

The service people at the hotel were great. The hotel is switching to almost all timeshares, so there were no hotel provided activities. Do not stay here if you are used to real all inclusive resorts.
