The Krystal hotel was beautiful and the pool area was incredible! laying out by the pool at the Krystal is paradise. the location couldn't be better! all the clubs are a few minutes walking distance. they are all on the same street. the staff was nice and accommodating. i also recommend to take all of the day trips they offer. everywhere you walk ppl are offering you day trips so you don't have to buy them from the hotel - they will be more expensive from the hotel. everyone is trustworthy. A must see is The Isla Mujeres to go swim with the dolphins, that was great! At night, go to Coco Bongo it is the greatest night club ever! Theres nothing like it anywhere else!

Terrible Hotel

I would not stay at this hotel ever again and will not recommend it to anyone. Its too expensive and it feels like a 1 star hotel. Service was not great given what they charge. One of the waiters actually made a face at me for asking him about a what a certain food item was. Also the tour company IMC beware. They sold us a ticket to Isla mujares which was overbooked and then refused to give us a refund. Horrible horrible horrible place.

We arrived at 11am and the staff was rude at the front desk and we had to pay for everything until check in time at 3pm. I have never experienced this at 3 other all inclusives in Mexico. I had to get my own coffee several mornings in a row. Wait staff very attentive to the potential time share buyers though. No wash cloths two days during our stay. The front desk said they ran out??? Never stay here agin nor certainly consider a time share here.

I recommend people to choose this hotel, because the location is perfect close to everything, and the people who work in the hotel is very helpfull and nice and the food is excellent we really enjoyed so much we have a lot a fun.

we loved it, it was a family vacation for two families, two girlfriends with 3 kids from 5-20 and everyone enjoyed it . the beach and pool were beautiful and lots of fun, most guest were friendly and social , the staff was great, treated the kids well and catered to them. The activities were close by, night life, water sports and historical excursions were available from the hotel and the staff was helpful in organizing our schedule. the spa facilites were small but nice and quaint, very personal resort. I would stay here again
