Was not knowing what to expect. From moment of arrival to departure. Above and beyond all my expectations. Friendly, courteous staff. Clean facilities, and great ocean views

Great Week

Great experience, Nice beach. The hotel had lots of entertainment. Food was okay, got old eating the same thing everyday. The entertainment, food service and bar staff were very friendly. WHen checking in they will be very pushy about you attending there "Members Club" aka time share sales pitch. The entire hotel was very clean. The Hotel is a half taxi hours ride from down town Puerta Vallarta.

Definitely stay here if in Neuvo Vallarta

This motel was great! Motel was nice, beach was fantastic. Plenty of lounge chairs everyday. The service was excellent. Absolutely everyone-bartenders, waiters, front desk people, maids, were very genuinely nice and did a fantastic job. You didn't have to tip like other motels for excellent service-they gave you excellent friendly service all the time. The food was very good for the all-inclusive also. Bar drinks had plenty of booze, but still tasted good. Plus the mall/grocery store and bus stop was just half a block away. If you're staying in Neuvo Vallarta this is definitely the place to stay. We were very pleased and we've stayed all over Puerto Vallarta in the past. You won't get a motel like this on a beautiful beach with all the good food and drink you could possibly want anywhere in the U.S. or islands for this price ever!

A very satisfying trip

My wife and I had a very nice time at the Allegro. It is a medium-sized resort with all of the expected amenities. The food was wall prepared and tasty, with a nice variety. It was not gourmet, but we enjoyed it. The beach amenities were wonderful, with white sand, nice chairs and palapas, a very convenient bar and snacks nearby. The pool was nice and the staff was very helpful. The entertainment from about 8-10 pm can get loud so, if you are early to bed, I would suggest that you have a room on the outside of the comples to avoid the noise. The rooms were clean and functional. We did not spend a lot of time in ours, but were satisfied. This resort is like comparing a smaller cruise ship to one of the massive newer ones. Its amenities were less varied, but it certainly provided us with everything we needed.

Great Resort!!!

We are going to the Allegro for the 3rd year in a row. This will be my parents 4th time, the first year they went in december, then a few months later in Feb. We really enjoy it there!!! Staff are excellent, friendly, and on the ball. The food is great, it is definitly different food though, but good. The beds were always made, entertainment is great. I cant say that any of my family ( a group of 14 that generally go) have any complaints of this resort. Definitely reasonable rates and I cannot wait to get back there this winter!!!
