starting to deteriorate

The hotel is starting to show signs of deterioration, since my last visit. I should warn people, the wireless internet in the rooms, is almost completely useless now.. Everyone was complaining about it. You are forced to take your laptop to the lobby to get it to work. And they have taken away the complimentary coffee and light breakfast. I would not stay again. I am sorry to say. It needs sprucing up. I feel bad for recommending it to others now

5th Floor Stay

Great Hotel in Mexico City. The room are tidy. Bathroom is clean but smells a little like mildew (maybe another floor is better). The location is safe and near almost everthing. The rooms could use better lighting but OK. The staff is helpful with directions and other questions. I traveled to Mexico DF alone and would recommend it to women traveling alone as well. There are several places to eat around there but I highly recommend the neighberhood called "La Condesa". Enjoy your stay in Mexico CIty!

Good Value, safe and Clean

Never having traveled to Mexico City previously and not knowing very much about the area I was very concerned about selecting a hotel that was safe, clean and friendly. Hotel Mision Reforma met all of these areas very well. I would recommend this hotel to future travelers who aren't sure of where to stay without reservation. I was very impressed with my room and with the courtesy and help of the staff. I didn't eat at the hotel dining room, but from what I saw I wouldn't hesitate. Hotel is located in a nice area in downtown. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.
