The room was on the smalish side but clean. The staff was great--from the check in people who let us in the romm at 9 am, to travel agents that helped us tour the city to the restaurant staff. They made my stay is Mexico city very pleasent and not the least overwhelming, although I didn't speak Spanish and drove a car (what I don't suggest to anybody!)

Clean with nice amenities.
The hotel restaurant features a different nationality buffet nightly.
Also has on-site gift store.
Room was clean.
Internet access was extra.
Efficient staff.
