This trip ws an overall thumbs up. The property is very nice and is only about a 20 minute ride from the airport($25 bucks). The hotel staff for the nice part and the room was great. They upgraded us to an ocean view for free. The lazy river was really nice as well as the pool. Not too overcrowded. The buffet food was as expected as was the grille area food. Overall i enjoyed my stay and would definitely go back there.

Too good to be true, but turned out to be true.
Upon arriving we were greeted by the bellboy who was very helpful with all of our needs. He even checked back with us a few more times throughout our stay just to make sure everything was going ok.
Waiting in line to check in we were served our first pineapple drink which was extra delicious after the long plane ride and short taxi from the airport. The receptionist informed us that they had to upgrade our room to an ocean view which was great.
Our room and the rest of the resort were very clean. Flat screen TV for when your actually in the room. The resort has a few different restaurants which were all unique and excellent in their own way. All the food was supreme and the staff was always very friendly.
The beach was picturesque with plenty of white sand and palm trees; not crowded at all. Plenty of service on the beach from the bar/grill. Small water park for the family with a slide, water falls, 2 hot tubs with different temps, and a slow tube float. Another pool by the ocean with cabanas. Water sports.
The nightly entertainment showed culture and featured loud reggae. Music from 11am to 11pm that changes to from area to area.
The staff and the tour drivers were courteous, happy, and out of their way helpful to us the whole time. Even if they did not get a tip each time (we were on a budget). Great resort for the price and we would definitely stay again. Greatest vacation ever.

Beds were very comfortable. Staff at times were not the friendliest. The restaurants close very early on Sundays. If you flights are cancelled and you arrive late. Don't plan on eating a meal or feeding the kids after 11:00 p.m. Meals at the resort were very pricey and the food can be somewhat bland. The breakfast is okay, but they have the same selection daily. They may change one of the hot meats entrees otherwise it is pretty standard; bacon, eggs, etc. Maid Service was very slow; and she was not always thorough; we had her return on a few times.

The hotel was an excellent choice for our family reunion. The location was great the gym facility was adequate for the hotel always available equipment for use. Enjoyed the power walks @ 7 am with a trainer, view breath-taking. The rooms were spacious and well kept bedding was comfortable and clean. Lazy River and pool was spectacular as was the scenery from all vantage point. Hotel club could use some improvement. Teens and young children were there way pass midnight also smoking was permitted in the club which was too small to try to get away from inhaling the fumes. Warm and friendly staff always helpful and courteous. If you are not familar with the area strongly recommend the all inclusive deal. Plan on making this our vacation destination whenever we are in Jamaica.

Wow! This Hotel Was excellent, It was more than I expected, this was my first time to Jamaica, and my first vacation booked on line, I was a liite apprehencive. Once we arrived I knew I had made the wright decision. I highly recommend doing the all inclusive.
This hotel is beautiful, the staff was absolutely wonderful, very professional and concern about our overall satisfaction. The food was excellent. I couldn't wait to come back and give this review. This was one of the best vacation me and my family have ever been on, we look forward to retuning back and staying at the Rose Hall Resort. The bed was so confortable, the rooms where beautiful clean, a high class hotel. There's something for everybody, activities all day for everyone kids and adults. Live entertainment every night. I can't say enough about this Hotel. I was extremely impress and very happy.
