Had the Premium All Inclusive rate which includes alcohol, the fine restaurants and a service charge. Had to pay for nothing additional other than spa treatments. Staff from the bellboys to the bodyguards were very friendly and courteous. Food was great and there was something for every taste. Both my son and I totally enjoyed the water park which is a real treat and suitable for all ages. Will definitely return again!

First time to Jamaica and we were a bit disappointed. Staff not very friendly. We had an ocean front room and thought that would be great, but, the music from either a wedding or the nightly entertainment was so loud it seemed like they were playing outside your room and it went on each night till 11:00. Food choices were basically the same each and every day and night. Very bored with the food and spouse was sick twice. We had the all-inclusive package and were disappointed that we had to pay for bottled water. Went to the Italian restaurant one night and had a nice meal, but, again we had to pay over an above the "all-inclusive" price to get steak or shrimp. On the positive side, the waterpark was a fun treat for the kids. Overall, trip was ok, but, there are many other true all-inclusive places to stay at that are much nicer and friendlier.

This was our first trip to Jamaica. Extremely disappointed in the staff. Management not willing to compensate for their mistakes. Majority of women on staff not at all friendly. On the contrary, most men extremely friendly. Water sport staff was excellent-friendly and fun. Food was average at most restraunts and good at at the three rest's requiring reservations. No place to have dinner in your swim suit. Felt you had to interupt your beach time to shower and dress for dinner EVERY night (felt it interupted the relaxation we were looking for in our vacation). Room was clean (not fancy). Would highly recommend if staying at this hotel to stay on the golf course ocean view room. View was breathtaking. Felt this view was better than ocean front. Overall, would NOT recommend this hotel. Felt just as we were improving our mood due to staff issues, another incident would occur to pull our mood down again.

My husband and I have planned to take a trip to Jamaica for the longest time and are very happy that we picked this resort for our honeymoon. Our experience was excellent!!! The room was not only clean but beautiful and cozy, the service from everyone was fantastic, and the food and drinks were excellent. We paid for an oceanfront view with a balcony but we have the Hilton Honors membership and received a free upgrade to an oceanfront patio which was very nice because we were able to walk right onto the beach from our room. The front desk was very accommodating, they were able to fit us in for Three Palms and Luna Del Mar even though they were booked (Luna is EXCELLENT, we ate there twice and would have eaten there every night if we could). The water park is amazing, we had such a good time on the lazy river and loved the fact that the water slides shoots you right to the swim-up bar. The only upset was that all the restaurants and room service closed at 11:00 pm, because my husband and I are night owls. The other downfall that we experienced is that we couldn't take advantage of the water activities that was included in our package because the water was very chopping and was not able to go out onto the boats but that is not the fault of the resort but of Mother Nature. Our overall experience was excellent and would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this resort to anyone. Thank you for an amazing experience in Jamaica and look forward to visiting again which is already in the planning process. This resorts definitely feels like a home away from home.

We stayed at Rose Hall and it was an awesome experience. Everyone was very friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were clean, great view of the courtyard and beach. We ate most meals there and the food was always very good, never had anything there we did not like. The concierge helped arrange us to get a personal guide for a day of adventure off the resort since we could not find a "tour" that met what all we wanted to do. Our guide - was great. We went as a group of friends all female and we always felt safe and well cared for. We would all highly recommend any one or any family to stay here. I have even recommended it for my daughters honeymoon. IT WAS AN AWESOME TIME FOR ALL!
