hotel was awful at checkin and very poor if you needed anything for your stay
Go to Montego Bay instead!!

Having been to the sister hotel (Sunset Beach resort and spa) in Montego Bay and paying the same price one year ago, I would encourage all to go there instead. Sunset Jamaica Grande in Ocho Rios is not grand!! Our room in the South Tower was awful! ...Read more
