Great Service!

Thiis was an unexpected stay, we arrived late and had to leave early. The service was GREAT, the young lady at the desk(M) was more than accomodating , was able to give us a great rate, also a room where we could park our truck and precious cargo we were towing, in front of.
The rooms are older and could use some updating, but it was clean and comfy. Yes , I would stay again, especially with service like that!!! Security as well!!
Roach Motel

This place is not what it apears to be on the internet! We thought we would be staying in a nice clean place with an indoor pool with a spa and an outdoor pool. When we checked in there was a very well made sign on the counter saying the spa was out of service for repairs. Almost as if the sign had been made a long time ago.
The room was filthy,holes in the tub,towel bar broken from tub,mold growing on shower door handle,big hunks of paint peeling from the bathroom wall,dust on top of the built in hair dryer so thick you could write in it,smelled of old tobacco smoke,unkown substance on the floor behind the TV,cobwebs hanging down in the corners,walls we dirty and the beds were like a bed of cobble stones. We had an ice bucket but the ice machine was broken. When we asked the desk where to find the indoor pool she had a funny look and said that it too was broken,something about the" chloroform pump was broken",my word at this point I think some chloroform would be in order for this old place. So we never did actually see the indoor pool and spa.Go back to the very well made sign,makes me wonder if there is one there at all. We did however find the outdoor pool, too bad though,it was as rundown as everything else was. Parking was awful and the outside of this hole were as rundown as the inside was.
DO NOT STAY HERE.
Needs a major renovation

There was nothing quaint about this motel. The rooms are old and in very poor condition. Stained ceiling tiles, cracked and stained sink, gray scratchy towels, toilet leaked badly, rock-hard beds, dirty walls and the TV was at least 25 years old. A/C just barely cooled the room and it was only in the 70's outside. Needs a MAJOR renovation.

There are 128 rooms, all with direct dial telephones, individually controlled air conditioning and heat, color cable TV with remote control, HBO and Cinemax, wet bars, refrigerators and balconies. In addition there are 68 rooms with Jacuzzi and two presidential suites.
Be sure to check out their package deals which include meals and activites. Enjoy dining in a relaxed atmosphere in the Crystal Dining Room. Savor the breathtaking view of Boldt Castle and delight in the music from the baby grand piano. After dinner take a stroll or spend a quiet moment in the gazebo overlooking the River.
For a more casual atmosphere, visit Rum Runner Wharf Bar and Grill. If the outdoors is more to your liking, board the barge located right at the dock or enjoy a pool side barbeque at the outdoor pool.
Also not to be missed are the Bonnie Castle Marina and also the Recreation Center.
