The staff was outstanding !! They gave us early check-in at 9a and let us check out late. They provided outstanding customer service and spoke English to make things easier. They are very accommodating here and have FREE internet. The facility is next to the train track so book a standard room and they will ask if you want to upgrade to the non-track side..DO IT but make sure you request hardwood floors, much cleaner. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice with a TV. I would skip the breakfast they try to include, not that its bad, but rather expensive and it would be better to go out to a local restaurant. They have free espresso drinks for guest 24 hours...There is a market across the street at the train station. Its not a fancy 5 Star hotel but I would return to this hotel based on the central location next to the Osterport Train Station and great staff !!!

Denmark being the homebase of my former company, I had stayed at Comfort Hotel for several of my visits. Its tinted glass façade hints at a modern setup, but it’s conventional once you step inside. Service at the lobby varies depending on the shift, ranging from casually helpful to cool courtesy. A luggage storage is available at the basement for free use. Hotel rooms are either on the upper or lower floor, and it’s a stretch of a walk if you’re booked at the other end.
The rooms are clean and simple, yet tastefully décored--they certainly meet and maybe even exceed expectations for a three-star hotel room. I’m not sure if this is the standard, but I’ve always had either a double or twin bed on my four stays. The room's light is a bit dim but bearable, since there are other desk, window, bedside, and headboard lamps to highlight specific needs. Adjoined to the room light is a ceiling fan that softly circulates air all around. The room includes a large desk in front of a wide mirror, two guest chairs by the windows, a mini fridge/bar, and a television that has a customized welcome greeting for the guest on the first day. The television also has capabilities for pay TV, gaming, and email, all for a fee, of course. The room also includes ample closet space, a safe, and a trouser steam board. A disposable shoe-shine kit may be found in one of the drawers, as well as a laundry bag for laundry services.
The bathroom is spacious and well lit, showing off a freshly scrubbed bathtub with an overhead shower. The bathroom also includes a hair dryer and ample space at the mirror rack for cosmetics and plenty of towel racks stocked with clean towels. The usual supplies, such as soap, shampoo, handwash, toilet paper, etc., are all in order.
On my last stay, I was booked on the side of the hotel facing the railway. Although you won’t hear screeching noises, as the windows are tight and double-glassed for temperature and soundproofing, you will still hear the train as it cruises by. I wasn’t all that bothered by the muted sounds, but this is something to consider for the light sleepers.
The continental buffet breakfast is a great welcome to the day: eggs, sausages, cold cuts, breads, cereals, yoghurt, and milk and fruits, with coffee, tea, juice, and other beverages served on the side.
Last but not least are hotel rates. Sadly, I can’t really comment on this since it had always been prepaid by the company and they do enjoy corporate discounts. I believe that it’s a bit high for European standards, but Denmark does have a high cost of living, and so relatively speaking, it may be one of the cheaper hotels around. All in all, while the Comfort Hotel still has some points it can improve on, it’s a hotel you can look forward to going back to and relaxing after a day’s work.

This hotel had very nice rooms with TV, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate service in the room, a heated bathroom floor, a polite and well informed reception staff, and an extremely delicious breakfast buffet. However, it was next to the train tracks (the subway becomes a train when it leaves the center of town), so a light sleeper would probably not appreciate staying here. At the same time, the station across the street and the bus stop right in front of the hotel made getting around very easy.
