Shutters was a destination for us after a 4 day business conference... WOW...it is amazing.
the minute you step out of the car, the door staff greets you and escorts you in..they remembered our names until the moment we checked out!
Bellman was attentive and helpful and the room..SPECTACULAR!
clearly he most comfortable room I have stayed in anywhere here or in Europe.
the little touches, linens, accessories, desk, carpet, art work..ALL available for sale but they make your stay a if you are in a living room!
The lobby is to die for and soooo comfortable..with many fireplaces going and picture frames a plenty as if you are in a home.
Right on the ocean....great food, fantastic wait staff and the gym is over the top LA Style.
You will Love this place.
well worth the price of admission.

This top of the line hotel sits on the beach and has amazing views of the ocean. Many celbrities stay here and for good reason -- it's one of the nicest hotels in the Los Angeles area (and one of the most expensive). The main restaurant is reknown but is a little on the stuffy side. Instead I prefer the cafe -- it's a great place for breakfast.
