The Grand Hyatt is a lovely hotel with phenomenal rooms. The bathrooms are heavenly and luxuriant. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin making a good night's sleep nearly impossible.

We had some miserable experience during our stay. Staff seemed very unconcerned about your queries and concerns. Take it or laeve attitude was totally prevailant from top to bottom with few exceptions. The hotel was fully booked and doing good business and their only concern was your payment. Housekeeping was very poor, they will deliver News Paper only when you request - reason was that they have shortage of supply and chose me to NOT have a copy! It totally failed as a Hyatt
