Poor hotel

I'm a guest for this hotel for 6 moths.I don't understand which organization gave rating for them.There are many problems that we encounters. Towel is so dirty and old. Housekeeping always forget to put toilet tissue, shower cap, sanitary bag, shampoo, conditioners and shower bath. We need to call them to ask for shampoo, tissues , shower caps and etc.
