Our Experience at Holiday Inn Express Gastonia

We were met at the front desk by X. She is such a sweetheart and very efficient with our check-in. It was wonderful seeing her again! She is definitely an asset to your business! X, the maintenance man was also there again. They even remembered us from our visit back in October. Jane, the lady who does the breakfast is also very nice and makes sure everything is ready to eat and keeps everything very clean. She also is a very friendly person. This was our first time to meet Kara, but she seemed nice also. It is so neat to go into a place like that and feel such a friendly welcome!!!

The hotel property and the staff were very nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean; the beds very very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a nice place to stay. The staff was courteous, and efficient. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and we slept very well. Easy to get on and off the Interstate.
They had a pretty good buffet for breakfast, with good choices considering it is a small hotel. All in all, I was glad we stayed here. The parking lot was close to the hotel, and seemed very secure. It was well lit.

The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and efficient. The manager was out every morning at the continental breakfast asking everyone how their stay was going. I would definitely recommend this motel.
Softest beds around

Arrived very late, left early due to flight problems. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in (11:00PM) The beds were very soft, I slept very well. The pool was nice for the kids to swim in before we headed out the next morning. I was a bit disappointed, though, that at exactly 9:00 sharp they tore down the continental breakfast. Many hotels are a little more flexible and will leave at least some things available from 9-10 for late risers. Hot chocolate on the coffee/tea area would be nice too. I would definately consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.
