Location is perfect and convenient to go shopping around Crowne Plaza. Service was very good and the hotel was clean and nice. I loved the location in the middle and wonderful markets. Everything can be reached easily.
I found it from http://www.hotelly.com/Search/HomePage.aspx?aid=6

I had a premium room. The premium rooms? extras were like
1. A DVD player offered for 4 hours: Which never worked and the technician worked on setting it up for 30 mins at past midnight.
2. Fruit Basket: 2 Bananas, 1 Apple and 1 Pear. My comment to hotel: please charge me extra $10 and give me enough fruits that so that my wife and I are not fighting over the same apple :)
3. Free pick up and drop off to airport: When called hotel from airport, the staff wasn?t willing to help and was offering pick up service at Rs 2000. So never could the service that I purchased with the room. When I mentioned this at front desk; they were least interested in helping and more interested in finding loop holes in my story to escape any obligations.
4. Room itself: real small bathroom; leaky shower
5. Room itself smelled of fresh paint... when I brought it to the staff's attention; they gave it a deaf ear.
6. When I enquired about tourism services at the tourism desk; the guys were more interested in selling me a package and/or a car service. Less interested in helping me plan my Delhi visit and advise me on what to see and how to structure my 3 day visit.
After a bad 1 night stay at this hotel; I moved to Lalit's. I was a much better stay at 1/2 the cost.
This place had too many things going wrong for it. I would advise you to save yourself some money and hassle.

The staff at this hotel is outstanding. I had price issues with our first night stay. The hospital that booked us waited to long to get the lower price rooms. I was forced into the higher price and didn' t know until check out. We paid and went on to the hospital where I was admitted. One of the managers came to the hospital to speak with us. I was impressed. We went back after I left the hospital. Room was lovely. Used hotel guide/driver for 3 days. Awesome! He made our trip! Service slow in main restaurant and food not to our liking. The Japanese restaurant was awesome!

I was really nervous about going to India bu thtis hotel was a great place to stay. The staff gets to know who you are (even though it's huge) and are very welcoming. Its clean and very nice. Marble everywhere.
