Best long-term stay ever!

The staff and management of this hotel was fabulous. The accommodations were likewise, fantastic. We had several rooms with our group and the staff did everything they could to make us comfortable. I have high expectations in customer service, and they exceeded them all. Thank you, Comfort Suites and Stephanie --- we'll definitely be seeing you soon!
The opposite of hospitality

For three days of lunches, Royal Ridges did not provide the beverages that were shown on their menu. There was no coffee, iced tea, or water. This issue was repeatedly noted by my Boss, who talked to the hotel staff. The response she was given was, ?Oh, wow, that?s terrible.? On Tuesday, when The Boss made repeated requests for at least water service, an individual pitcher of water was delivered to the current meeting room. The pitcher was quickly emptied, and no refills were brought.
My Boss went to the front desk and asked that the storage/supply room be unlocked. When the staffer unlocked the door, My Boss asked the staffer why the room wasn?t clean, and whether there was anyone available to take care of the situation. The staffer left to see whether she could find any help, and My Boss began removing the soiled tablecloths from the tables. The staffer returned, saying that there wouldn?t be anyone available before 9 am, but that the room could be cleaned then. ?Would that be all right?? My Boss replied that no, that wasn?t good enough, and she would need some help with the room immediately. The staffer did not offer to help. My Boss firmly requested help with new tablecloths and linens for the room, along with coffee and water service. My Boss re-set the majority of the room herself, spreading fresh tablecloths, and moving tables and chairs.
On the whole, this was a notable meeting location. In the business of professional hospitality, I cannot think of another experience I have had or even heard of which was so lacking in each and every interaction. I wish this meeting had been overwhelmingly delightful in terms of service and enjoyment of the facility. It was the opposite.
