Description: The Grand Lido Negril is a luxury beachfront resort, for ages 16 years and older. It is situated on a two mile, 22 acres crescent of white sand beach on Bloody Bay, Negril. It is a beautiful property with an excellent beach and grounds.
Check in was very smooth, after arriving hot and tired after a 2 hour drive, the front desk staff wisks you to an air conditioned lounge for check in and you are given cool towels to freshen up.
Rooms are all very large with a sunken living room and very large bathrooms. In room coffee maker, iron and ironing board, evening turn down service. Small patios with table and two chairs.
They also offer 24-hour room service, complimentary laundry/Dry Cleaning (2-3 Days) Complimentary manicure and Pedicures. There are 3 club houses located throughout the property where you can get 24 hours meals and bar service. Extensive watersports activities.
Food was excellent, buffet for breakfast and lunch, Dinner - Continental restaurant, Italian, French and soon a Japanese restaurant will be added. Weekly Grand Gala (Fridays) and Caribbean Beach Carnival (on Mondays) Nightly entertainment, piano bar/karaoke. Disco. Sunset Yacht Cruises, daily except Sunday.
