This motel is practically brand-new. It is very clean and neat. During our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice selection at the breakfast buffet. The tv was nice and the beds were comfortable. In-room fridge and microwave were convenient. Will stay here again on my next trip to Fort Hood.
Great Stay

We stayed 5 nights while visiting our son at Ft.Hood. I was a little concerned about the distance to the base but it was not a problem - only took about 10 minutes to get to the base. We wanted a place with an indoor pool so our grandson could come and swim and it was wonderful. Beautiful pool with very nice hot tub -- water temp was 84, a little chilly for me but perfect for the boy. Our room was very clean and spacious, breakfast was good, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. It had a pillow top overlay. The room has a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. My only complaint was when I called to make reservations 2 weeks ahead of time, I requested a ground floor room. I spoke to the lady at the desk at the Comfort Inn and had a long conversation with her about why I wanted a ground floor room. She made no note of it on the reservation so we were given a room on the second floor at the end of the hall away from the elevator. Next time I will get a name!! my error. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
