Not very responsive to problems

I've stayed here before. Love the beds...I very rarely get a good night sleep while traveling. After returning to my room from long, hot days, my card key wouldn't work. They explained possible causes so I painstakingly made every attempt to avoid deactivating the card...even placing one of the cards in the car trunk to avoid any possible contact with Cell or Credit Cards. The room cards didn't work 3 nights in a row and they insisted it was my fault. Very Frustrating and a big waste of my time at the end of a long day.

one of our rooms had not been cleaned there was lipstick on the glass splatters on the mirror and the toilet was dirty we asked for it to be cleaned while we were at dinner and it was not cleaned verry well and it seemed like we were putting them out. Also at dinner we had drink that was mixed real light and they charged 4.50 for an extra shot to fix the drink all in all if you have a problem there they dont want to here about it and if they fix it they will not be happ about it

Conveniently located next to Gonzaga University, the Convention Center and downtown. I was given a room on the 1st floor across from the vending machines and next to the building entrance. It was noisy with people arriving and leaving at all hours of the morning and night. The resturant was stingy with its meat (fish and chicken) but gave you plenty of sides . Service was slow. Hotel was recently renovated and they failed to rehook the tanning lights in the bathrooms. Nice view of the Spokane River and walking path. Overpriced for the accomodations provided.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Good proximity to Gonzaga U., as well as downtown restaurants. Be careful walking around downtown after dark.

This place should have been remodeled years ago. The halls and entry ways were filthy. Towels and dirty dishes in the halls. Only one person on the desk at busy check-in time. Food was so-so. Needs to be completely remodeled. Many other much nicer motels in Spokane. Would not stay there again. Over priced for what you get !!!
