My sister and I arrived at this hotel at about 1:00 a.m. after receiving word of a death in our family. The people at the front desk were polite but didn't give us the same attention as other guests checking into more expensive rooms (we got a basic room). We were awakened at 7:00 a.m. by what sounded like hammering. We needed to stay an additional night so we asked the front desk for a different room because of what sounded like "construction." Same wing, different room the second night. We were awakened at 6:10 a.m. by the sounds of hammering, only this time it was VERY loud. I called to the front desk and was informed that we were the only ones in this wing and we shouldn't be there because they were doing construction on the roof so the wing was CLOSED! Not until this point did they offer us a new room...we demanded our money back (only got one night), packed up and left.

Booked this hotel through online travel website , who listed this hotel as a 3 star. I picked this one over another local hotel that I would usually stay at because this one looked nicer. Once I got my room, it did NOT look like the room pictured on the website. Apparently, this hotel had been redone, but not all the rooms got this treatment. The bathroom was outdated and the room was extremely small for the price. The room was clean though. This hotel should be rated a 2.5 at best, not a 3.

We loved this hotel from the nice spacious rooms to large double sinked bathrooms to the nice pool and work out area. Hotel was clean and a great bargain at the price! We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are in Spokane.

Dissappointed with this hotel. Listed as a 3 star and it seemed to get good reviews so we tried it.. Didn't realize until we got to Spokane that it was a revamped Doubletree....except all of the rooms must not have got the revamp. Maybe there were nicer rooms in the motel but ours was dated and old looking. It appeared to be clean which is a good thing.
