We were disappointed with the overall experience compared to other similarly priced resorts we have stayed in previously. The reception staff was not friendly or welcoming. They provided no information regarding local activities, community events ...Read more

The welcoming staff needs a lot to be desired. They where unfriendly and had an attitude. The Sushi restaurant was excellent, however the food from the main restaurant was not exceptional. The Hotal premises are beautiful and the rooms are very nice.

I have to first say I am not one to usually take the time to write a review, but after returning from our stay at Cheeca I just had to tell others it was the BEST vacation of our lives. We have traveled from Africa to India and all over the U.S. We ...Read more

I have never felt so compelled to write a review on a hotel before. Although the Cheeca may offer beautiful scenery and more amenities than other hotels/resorts in the keys, they are desperately lacking in so many other areas. Don't be fooled by ...Read more
