Nice place to relax

The hotel is nice for the price. The food was excellent and their were so many different options. drinks were good and fast. Service was good, everyone was really nice and smiley. beach access is excelent and their private beach is very nice and clean. water sports are good and easily available. They have good entertainment at all times for everyone including kids. I would definately stay there again!

This Hotel is amazing! Trust me when i say, people that have bad things to say about this hotel just like to complain! Your on vacation.... Relax.... stop complaining about every little thing, like the veiw of the pool and that the safe is not up to par... are you kidding?! Just be glad your in Mexicao and your not at work! The grounds at the hotel are beautiful! The staff is amazing, they always had something fun to do. The rooms were great! Any room with a liqor dispenser is a good room :) The food was great, especially the Mexican resturaunt. Me and my mom went and we felt safe the whole time! Beware of Fat Tuesdays though, my mom had something slipped into her drink while we were there! All in all this hotel is great, i promise its an unforgettable experience!

Stay there again. Only con is location, but you can take the camion ( BUS ) in front of the hotel for 4 pesos.

the room was nice but not oceanview like i was told, had problem with room key, and the food was ok ,good vacation but if I could I would pay $200 more for another hotel I would pay it.... would recomend it but I seen better...it did not !!!!wow!!! me.

The Hotel , service and staff were excellent . The bouffet was ok but the specialty restaurant was much better. The pizza parlor in the pool area was a nice surprise.
The Beach and Sand were clean, the beach water was warm and clear. Great location minutes away from Club district and Downtown Cancun by City Bus.
