Old and Decrepit

Hasn't been refurbished since the 1990's Old TV's not widescreen. Next to a NOISY building site. They don't honour your frequent flyer points as advertised. Room was not cleaned properly, old used tissue and sweet packet from previous occupant left in room. Disgusting. Not recommended.

I booked a Friday night stay here and only had to pay $99. It was a lovely hotel with a good size room that was well equipped (although the TV was quite old) and they are able to still offer smoking rooms which is becoming rare in Australia. It was excellent value for money, and of course you can't beat the location. It is in the heart of the CBD.

Overpriced Hilton Poor Value

The hotel is a relic of the 1970s. They nickel and dime you for everything. $6 bottles of water, $25 internet, and charges for local phone calls. The rooms are small, need refurbishment, air conditioning control is either on or off. Housekeeping is fair, dust on the skirting boards, and a smokey smell in the hallways. In my non-smoking room you could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I would not recommend this property to anyone, nor will I stay there again. One of the more sorry Hiltons I ever stayed at.
