Exsecutive Bussiness Class at it's worse

Totally over charge me credit card by charging me three times for a one week stay and lack of caring to fix it.
Exsecutive Lounge was a joke; refreshments only allowed for two hours a day from 6:30-8:30 when they close. the lounge was left dirty at night and open dirty. the refreshments consisted of two liquors in unmarked bottles, same nasty tasty snacks (candy and some pizza crap little squares) every single day even on Christmas! The representatives in the lounge were very rude and need some serious Customer Service Training! The only two people that were plesant was the maid and door man. The kitchen crew worked hard but lacked needed additional employees for better service and the meau once again never changes, not even for holidays. Lack of elevators (sometimes you wait 15 min)! Way over cost for what you get and the serice. There should be no way this place can be a four star hotel it is more like a middle to low 3 star.

Hospitality was great; everyone was pleasant, and spoke English. The place looked like a million bucks, for very little money. My only complaint is that it was too "green". In the name of ecology, there were little cards that you had to put on the bed to get the sheets changed. I'm sorry, but that's too environmentally friendly for Al Gore to accept. Everything fresh every day please!
