Great Hotel

The Amenities were great. The in house restaurant was closed for renovations or something like that, but there are plenty of places around there to eat. The rooms were nice, pillows and sheets are some of the nicest I ever saw. The Fitness Center is excellent. I've never used a hotel gym before, but this one was nice. Equipment is newer and always clean, with towel service and water provided. They even provide pretty nice throw away headphones to use with their equipment or your iPod /mp3 player.
Oh. The location is excellent. Literally right across the street from Grant Park. That was very helpful to us as we stayed there over the 4th of July weekend and Taste of Chicago was also going on there. It is in walking distance to many, many fun things to visit. Millenium Parks, museums, Navy Pier. Drive or take public transport up a little further and go to Lake Shore. Very nice.

Just returned from three night stay at the Blackstone. We were treated as if we were the only quests there. Everyone was so accomodating and professional while still being friendly.
The room was total relaxation. We will return here soon.

Was here for two nights on business. I had the standard room and thought it was one of the nicest hotel rooms I'd ever stayed in. Bell staff and front-desk were extremely friendly and helpful. This is an older hotel that has been beautifully updated and renovated.

From the door man to our exit, this was a great experience. I came upon this hotel in a search to house our son prior to surgery. Choosing two queens proved to be invaluable. My husband, son, and I had a perfect sleep on the "delicious" beds. The rainfall shower was certainly a bonus....Our son, age 26, had never experienced a room with robes......... This experience seemed to calm him and have a positive force on his surgery. It is a beautiful historical site.
