AWFUL. Creepy, uncomfortable, dirty. ABSOLUTELY NOT worth the price. I couldn't sleep all night because I was so uncomfortable. So upset with the whole experience.

Literally just steps from the American Airlines reservation the Best Western San Juan Airport provided convenient (no waiting for an airport shuttle), clean, comfortable accomodations. Just what we were looking for given a late night arrival in San Juan and early morning flight the next day. The free continental breakfast provided the predictable assortment of AM eats and for those with heartier appetites there was the option to order items such as pancakes and eggs for an additional cost.

Had a one day delay on our flight and the airline put us in this hotel for 24 hours. We had stayed at this hotel about 6 years ago. What a difference. They've updated it and its clean and convenient. Room we got was very small but it had everything we needed - coffeemaker, etc. No problem with airplane noise. We didn't eat at the hotel except for the complimentary continental breakfast. Breakfast was just fine - normal continental plus oatmeal. Hotel has a small sunning deck with two whirlpools. No view put a place to relax. Next to the sun deck they had a modern laundry room. They have a business center with 4 computers for free internet access. Also have a small fitness room Casino was large - about 50 slots and 3 or 4 tables. This would be a good place to get a day room if you have to be off the cruise ship early and have a late flight. Also, if you arrive late you can stay overnight and save cab fare going into town. All airport facilities - shops, restaurants, etc. are within a few steps. Hotel is part of the airport. Front desk was friendly. Let us have a late check-out when request. Only negative was that the in-room safe was already closed and locked when we arrived. We did need it so they said they'd fix it after we checked out.

Jump off your plane and you can step into the room. Very convenient if your catching a flight first thing in the morning. No worries about getting to the airport. Room was very small. Dining area was essentially a small barroom, and the casino was a small nook with 3 slot machines.

The one thing this hotel has going for it is location. I arrived on a late flight and it was nice to have a room connected to the airport. The cost was steep for what the hotel had to offer. It seemed outdated and it took two elevators to get to the sixth floor. The casino was empty. No one was there except employees. The front desk staff were busy with a social conversation and seemed like I was inconveniecing them by being there to check in. The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was good with a nice variety and helpful staff.
