Two pools with built-in bars. Pool depth is over 6 feet to keep you at the bars - tough on kids. A little playground, daily maid service, and concierge.
Being on the Marina is key - you can walk to everything, even the kids’ arcade down the street.
Glass-bottom boats, at $10, are well worth it; for fishing, stick with Pisces.
Marico's Mazatlan is the best seafood restaurant - well worth it - get the mixed grill and they will cook your catch also!
Supermarket is within walking distance and Costco 8 minutes by car.
A definite do over again and again - glad we bought there.

It is a short three-minute walk to the beach and every bit deserving of its status as one of Cabo's BEST resorts. The rooms are spacious, clean, and most larger suites have a spectacular view of the marina or overlook the pool area(s). The Marina Fiesta is also adjacent to the new shopping mall. I love it here!

There was only one restaurant on-site (at the palapas bar), but there was lots of variety nearby.
