hotel is always spotless, near everything. never had any problems in my eight stays at this hotel.

When we checked in we were given a room on the fifth floor and our balcony faced a wall and was pretty dirty because of all the work going on at the Pool. Biggest upset was the main pool was closed for construction. I went to the front desk to complain about our room and the people at the front desk were very helpful and we moved the next day. I would stay here again for the simple fact is that the location is great! One impportant improvement to the resort is that they really need to put safes in the individual rooms. They do have safes, but they are located at the Front Desk

Hotel was as advertised. Pool was not. Demolition of pool was well underway and had been going on for quite a while. I wish I had known about pool situation before I booked reservations. I would have stayed at another location had I been informed of pool situation.

This hotel was perfect for our 5 day girl trip. They have 2 pools and swim up bars. Plenty of restraunts and bars. Great sercuity when returning to hotel at night. We got the master suite for 4 girls and it was huge! Nice and helpful employees. Would stay here again!

We found the hotel to be well cared for with friendy employees. An excellent location with many good restraunts close by. Food seemed a little expensive.. Our over all stay was good on the fifth floor. Our friends were on the fourth floor and their maid didn't clean their room one day. They ran out of bathroom tissue! Bummer!!
