Frankfurt Hotel (in Moerfelden)

Hotel was very nice, and staff was friendly with good English abilities (for those travelers who don't speak German). Room was clean and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was adequate "German style" menu (lunch meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt and hard-boiled eggs). This hotel has Frankfurt in its title but is actually located in Moerfelden. A hotel shuttle is available, but be aware that there is a fee and you must preregister to take it to the airport. Overall, the hotel was well worth the money!

The hotel, as a whole, was more than decent. Clean, efficient and a typical "business stop" hotel. However, the A/C wasn't working, the pillows were air (I think they were feathered and could've used another 10 pounds of the stuff) and they only had CNN for English language programming. That's all fine unless you're going to be stuck in your room because it's raining cats & dogs so going out and about to sightsee is out of the question.

great modern hotel with 10Euro shuttle service to and from airport. The courtesy breakfast was wonderful and the staff recommended 2 great restaurants (one German, one Italian) with outdoor terraces just a short walk from the hotel, also a park for walking.
Too Hot

In the middle of the night they turned down the air conditioning. The room was so hot that it was impossible to sleep. The only non-smoking rooms that they had were on the ground floor overlooking the parking lot so I didn't feel comforatable opening the window. It was a miserable experience.
