We came to this hotel, expecting the best in service, and we were not disappointed. The rooms and public areas were very impressive, spacious, and elegantly decorated. Our view of the river front was spectacular! The staff were friendly, courteous, helpful, and often went out of their way to assist you.
The only problem we had was the transportation, because of construction nearby it was very hard to get to the metro station, and we had to use taxis generally, although taxi fares were cheap and the drivers usually very friendly & efficient.
