My stay at the Best WesternTacoma Dome Hotel was the best that I have ever had. From Aarron at the front desk to the cleaning staff and certainly the guest services staff in the restaurant and bar area. The service that they provided was above and beyond any expectations that we could have had. We thank you for the wonderful stay and hospitality that you provide for our family and visiting friends as well.

I've stayed at many hotels, and this one is definitely far above average. Everything about this stay was great. The restaurant was excellent, the whole place was spotlessly clean, our room was one of the best I've stayed in and the staff was incredible. We only had a couple of small issues with our stay, and the staff jumped address them and make us comfortable. Well done.

This Hotel has been beautifully remodelled. The staff are very nice and efficient.

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were nice and accommodating. Room service was quick and the food was cooked to order. The only issue was that the bar continued to run out of products, at no fault of the staff. Also, there is really nothing within walking distance in the way of food or entertainment, except the Tacoma Dome. The secure garage parking is a definite plus. I'd recommend it to anyone."

Gentleman at the desk not very welcoming, although lady at checkout was nice. Bartender not great, stuff floating in a martini, what's that about?
