Big Disappointment

Problems started right away. Called 2 days in advance to reconfirm reservation made over a month previous. King room had become Queen with a fold out sofa. OK. Called travel website and they tried to help. No dice; hotel was full. Queen w/foldout became a queen with a handicap accessible bathroom. Front desk sent maintenence right away when we couldn't get the heat to work. Hotel was full; only one elevator worked!!! We were on the 4th floor and took the stairway down many times instead of the interminable wait for space on the elevator. Game room was "broken". The gate to the "secure underground parking" was "broken". Couldn't use the internet in the lobby because " our room rate was not hight enough".. Room was comfortable, quiet but cramped. Slept well. On check-out could not print us a reciept when we wanted to make sure we didn't pay for a King when we did not get one because we "booked online." Will not stay at this hotel again even though is was convenient to the concert. Will not recommend this hotel to friends.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again...Convenient location, away from the freeway and noise, very nice rooms, quiet, up to date, friendly staff, free breakfast, and clean.. I only have one comment, when my reservation was made I requested a standard room with a King size bed...The first room that they put us in was for a handicap person. The room was small and the bed was only a little larger than a double...I went to the desk immediately showed them my verification letter requesting a King size bed...They apologized for the error and moved us into a room with a King size bed and a fantastic view on the top floor...Glad I had my letter without it we might have been stuck with the wrong room...I learned my lesson....I do want to thank Travelocity for making my reservation...for the cost of the room was worth all this and more.
Worth the money

We checked in went to our room and discovered instead of a king bed we had a full. I called the front desk and they quickly changed our room. Service was great, free breakfast was excellent.
Not the same as advertised

the travel agency room was "Handicap" even though we didn't ask for it.
Bed was standard "Double" instead of the advertised "King".

Everything was nice - but the "complimentary" breakfast. The restaurant was closed, so this was the ONLY option - and the food was just plain lousy. As with any hotel, too small a place had been set aside for the morning and it was just not pleasant at all. Left hungry and cranky, which was frustrating after such a nice evening.
