the travel agency room was "Handicap" even though we didn't ask for it. Bed was standard "Double" instead of the advertised "King".

Everything was nice - but the "complimentary" breakfast. The restaurant was closed, so this was the ONLY option - and the food was just plain lousy. As with any hotel, too small a place had been set aside for the morning and it was just not pleasant at all. Left hungry and cranky, which was frustrating after such a nice evening.

My stay at the Best WesternTacoma Dome Hotel was the best that I have ever had. From Aarron at the front desk to the cleaning staff and certainly the guest services staff in the restaurant and bar area. The service that they provided was above and beyond any expectations that we could have had. We thank you for the wonderful stay and hospitality that you provide for our family and visiting friends as well.

I've stayed at many hotels, and this one is definitely far above average. Everything about this stay was great. The restaurant was excellent, the whole place was spotlessly clean, our room was one of the best I've stayed in and the staff was incredible. We only had a couple of small issues with our stay, and the staff jumped address them and make us comfortable. Well done.

This Hotel has been beautifully remodelled. The staff are very nice and efficient.
