The beach was spectacular. This hotel was just sold to another group of hotels, so it was under utilized and cheaper and potentially in transition. We enjoyed the lack of crowds. However the restaurant options were limited and there is only one relatively small pool by resort standards, but the kids loved it. The rooms were well laid out but not luxurious and all rooms have nice deck. We got an ocean view. The staff was very attentive and helpful. There are gorgeous tennis and putting facilities that almost no one used.

This resort is perfect for those who enjoy a mostly peacful laid back atmosphere. It has a more intimate small resort feel than many all-inclusives lack. The food and cocktails were very good and the grounds well kept. We had top floor ocean view rooms in bldg. #3 (Coba). The rooms are fairly basic but clean and in good repair. It is very family friendly and accomidated our small children very well. None of our group had any revenge or TD issues during or after our stay here. It is a cool place.

We were very impressed with the beach and the food selection. Not top shelf liquor, but the savings are worth it. Outdoor pizza oven and snack bar on beach. Beach front gormet dining. No pushy time-share people. Plenty or nothing to do, depending on what you want.
