Wonderfully relaxing!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our trip!! All of the staff was excellent!! Everyone was helpful and always went out of their way to help with any requests we had. The room was very clean and well stocked. The views were wonderful. We enjoyed the activities and all of the food!! The nachos and cheese by the pool were our favorite snack. We would recommend this resort to anyone.

Great place to stay. The service was excellent people seemed genuinely pleased to help. Large variety of resturants and food choices. Lots of freash food. They also had a gourmet coffee and desert shop. Hoping to return in the fall. Weather beautiful.

Wow! That was paradise...

Extremely recommended! Great place to relax. If you want to get away, get a good spa treatment, read, catch the sun, be treated like a god and eat + drink alcohol in unmeasurable amounts, this is the place. The only minus, no open beach, but you will have Playa del Carmen or Puerto Aventuras really close. Do not book any extra tours, with the All-inclusive plan, thre are severa no-fee tours, but just basic trips without deluxe options. Enjoy, you won't regret it. And take somebody along, is more private, just for couples. Do not expect lots of Hot single chicks wandering around.

Nearly a PERFECT Vacation

Except for the trip from the airport, our week was absolutly great! From the moment we arrived to smiles and champagne, everything was more than we expected. True, the rooms are a bit small, but that was made up for with all of the other amenities available. When we were there, the maintenance was still putting the lagoon on the North side back together after Hurricane Dean, but the South side was usable to us. We found the food good, and as one waiter told us, "Whatever you want". Definately use the tours through the hotel. We went to Chichen Itza and Tulum. Both guides were so knowledgeable and personable. We can't wait to return!
