The hotel itself was a bit challenging to find. Once we arrived the staff was pleasant enough and the room was fairly basic , reasonably clean, and had a beautiful view of the marina. The location was great for walking as well as easy parking. The only drawback I could really find was the Wi-fi was only available in the lobby, but did work well there. Overall, we would stay again.
the good outweighs the bad.

the location is great - accessible to shops and restaurants within walking distance and via bus or cab. 2 min. from airport, but 16.-18.00 by cab. but this is a "boutique" hotel - or could easily be one. if it had more charm and better service, this could easily be a lovely, charming boutique hotel, along side beautiful boats and condos, and more. (their add states "free breakfast"
but don't expect it). lovely, clean pool by the marina. great front desk staff and security. quiet, no smoking in rooms. rooms are large & charming and comfortable, with lovely views. 4 floors, lovely views and balconies. DO NOT
expect good food, except for breakfast. but great, reasonable restaurants
are within walking distance as you circle the marina. only one waiter, of 3,
is friendly & skilled. outdated, plastic pool chairs are broken and were dirty.
but if you speak up, you get what you want. i learned that food service,
new pool chaise lounges, & other changes are in the making. the front desk staff is awesome and security is good (excellent during daytime hrs.) this hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable and has the makings for a very charming boutique hotel (with new menus and restaurant employees), but super for
tanning and sleeping - and great for walking around the marina!! no activities and not good for children. entering pool is difficult due to lack of anything to h old on to, but this probably will change. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, QUIET,
GREAT LOCATION AND INDOOR STAFF - AND PRICED RIGHT. ENJOY.
my 1 week stay was very relaxing & look forward to returning and seeing the
much needed, new lunch & dinner menus, and pm changes in wait staff !!!
again, indoor staff and service great, as are the rooms.
Great location, good value

Stayed here for 3 nights in early January. Room was charming, overlooking the pool, but not quite as clean as it could have been. Continental breakfast was not worth the trouble. Good value though - we paid $59 a night for a king room. Location was great - right next to Marina Vallarta and near lots of good restaurants and shops. We are planning to stay here again at the end of April.
One drawback - wireless internet access was not available in the room, but worked quite well in the lobby.
WOW I was suprised in a good way

We booked this room on line with no reviews listed. We were hoping for a ok place to stay and ended up coming back for the final leg of our trip. Total nights at the hotel was 6 and we could not have been happier with our stay. We had a condo to stay at during part of our trip but wanted to get there ealier and stay longer and this hotel was the place to make it happen. Room was very clean and the king size bed was better then mine for comfort. Found a lot of people starting or finishing their vacations staying there. One couple we ran in to was there for the whole two weeks and loved every minute of it. The view of the fishing boats was a nice change from the norm. Would stay there again, and again, and again.
