Though the hotel and beach were beautiful, would NEVER return here! Ocean view room was on the side of the hotel....facing some grass and a wall. 3 of us traveled together. I've never been so poorly treated! Completely ruined vacation! After talking with travelers on the flight home, I heard many similar and awful stories regarding the RIU resorts. Will NEVER return to any RIU resort!

If you like to hear jack hampers and dump trucks from 7am until 11pm and sleep in a dusty room with poor room service this would be the place for you.

We had better customer service at the Atlanta Airport. They lost my infants luggage and there reply was to just call in the morning. The food was less than desirable. My ocean view was actually a construction view of there new resort and they worked from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm. I had to ask for a crib 5 times which was suppose to be in my room when I arrived. The customer service was horable!!! I would not recommend this resort to anyone.

Its a loud unrelaxing waste of a vacation. Overpriced and unhospitable! Nothing is complimentery including gym, tennis, mini golf, internet services. Staff very impolite and rude, treat you like you owe them. This is not my first trip to mexico or cabo either, was 5th and worst time in cabo!
