In Koblenz, the Hotel Mercure, at Julius-Wegeler-Strasse 6, makes it incredibly easy to get to the Rhine River, where you’ll be able to enjoy walking along the promenade and enjoy the city’s natural beauty as well. Business travelers will appreciate the fact that the Mercure has direct access to the Rhine-Moselle-Conference-Center. It’s also a very easy walk to get to the Wine Village (Weindorf) (see separate journal entry.)
But, in addition to location, the hotel offers stylish accommodations at reasonable rates, as well as numerous additional amenities, such as an incredibly bright and cheery dining room with a great view of the outdoors — and food (don’t miss the pastries!) that you’ll enjoy.
