Not worth it

I recently stayed there for a Week. First of all, the customer service is very poor. We had reservation for Non-Smoking room, but when we arrived they were unable to accommodate us in the Non-smoking room. They gave our room to somebody else. We had to spend the first night in a SMOKING room and I was coughing all-night. The very next morning we asked to be switched to a NON-SMOKING Room and from 8:30 till 12:30 they will give me a reply, it will be ready in 30 minutes. But that did not happened. I literally had to stand at the RECEPTION and told him to give me a room and I am not moving from here. After that they gave us a room. Secondly, their HIGH-SPEED internet is worse than a Dial-UP. You have to pay RM 46.00 for 24 hours and the INTERNET will go down every 45 minutes or so. The customer service will tell us they are rebooting the server. My room had breakfast included with the purchase, but when we go for Breakfast, they will give us a hard time and I had to fight for the FREE breakfast (everyday).
Not worth it.
