Could be better

Arrival was miserable, with no accommodations on early arrival, misinformation from the front desk about dive arrangements, so we missed a day of diving. Beach is good, but very crowded as the hotel allows people from cruise ships to use the hotel beach and pool facilities. No poolside food/drink service at all. At best 3 stars; facility is good, and hotel could be much better if the owners actually cared about service for thier guests.

Great resort for a dive vacation with excellent onsite dive shop Toucan Diving, onsite boat dock and shore diving, two nice restaurants, and large rooms. Several in our group had occasional problems with A/C, though, and housekeeping didn't always leave enough clean towels. Overall a great place and we will stay here again!

The accommodations were great. Rooms are very nice and of a good size. Restaurants and access to amenities were good. Dive operation on-site, nitrox available, and great boats and staff. Tennis and other sports on-site. The casino is closed.
