great hotel

Great New Hotel... was very clean and lots of space. We were there for 3 nights and 4 daysand it was very nice. The hotel has cookies and coffee in the afternoon. The WIFI hookup wasn't that great but we connected to the hotel next door and it was strong signal. The staff very friendly and most of all the hotel as 100% smoke free and Pet Free.. loved it... my only draw back to this hotel was that they had the same thing for breakfast every morning. After the 2nd day were tired of the same old stuff and the milk was warm. Other then that I give this hotel *** three stars...

I do two business trips per year and was pleasantly surprised at the jewel hidden among the loftier hotels. The internet rate was the same price as the rack rate. The room was spaceous, comfortable and quiet even though it was next to the off ramp of I-75. Great flat widescreen TV with hook-ups for even a laptop as a monitor.
Small complimentaty breakfast available : coffee, cereals juices, breads, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and a few other items. However, the three mornings I attended, the room was not ready on time for early rising business clients. It was supposed to open at 630am but it was past 7am most days.

Brand new hotel, very clean. The staff was just wonderful. This is not what you would normally expect from a smaller hotel like this, especially at this price. This is the only place we will stay from now on.

The Staff was more than accommodating, even to my situation with my husband at the VA hospital, when I had to come back for a second night. The hotel is clean, new with granite in
the bathrooms. Lots of pillows on the bed, refrigerator and microwave. The brakfast was just what I needed to get my day started. They also promised the hotel would stay smoke and pet free. Thank you, I will definitely be back to the Gainsville Sleep Inn.
