Beware! The rooms look nothing like the the website photos

I was very disappointed in this hotel after seeing nice looking photos on their website. We were given a room WAY in the back adjacent to the RV park. This is an old hotel that has undergone some renovations in the conference center of the the property (in the front) , but most of the non-conference center rooms are old, outside-entrance style that need work. I could feel the bedsprings in the mattress. The bathroom had small bugs, the bend linens were crispy (non crisp-clean),a nd the carpet had holes and/or stains. The free breakfast was OK, but I have never seen ring dings served for breakfast. OveralI, I expected better from a Quality Inn.
Were we looking for an affordable room for one night, and only found this hotel that had rooms for less than $/nite. For some reason, hotels, (even poor ones) are expensive in this town and in central Louisiana in general.
Not Clean Sheets

We didn't get to our room until after 10:00 PM and got ready for bed right away to find out the sheets had not been changed from the last occupant of the room. The desk people did come and change the sheets and apologized but what an inconvenience. Also the bathroom had not been cleaned very well from the previous occupant, but there were clean towels.
I will say there was hot water in the morning for a shower, which is a plus considering the hotel was full. Probably will never stay in this hotel again.
