Great location, clean and comfortable room, very helpful staff. The hotel was crowded the weekend we were there, but if didn't seem that way, except for during breakfast. The hotel has plenty of room to enjoy your meal and what a selection. Probably the best breakfast we have seen at a hotel where it is included in your stay. Very close to the canyon.

Rooms were a little small and they really don't accomidate a family of 5 as they don't allow roll aways in rooms with 2 queen beds. So it was pretty tight for us.
Breakfast was good, decent selection. Kids had fun in the pool.

We were very impressed with the staff at check-in and the hotel room was very nice. They serve a full complimentary breakfast every day featuring bacon, omelet, biscuit & gravy, cinnamon rolls, cereal, fruit, yogurt and beverages. Most restaurants nearby are within easy walking distance (we highly recommend We Serve Pizza and Pasta - the food was very good and very reasonable). The heat pump system to heat and cool the room was a little finicky to operate but worked mostly well.

Checked in very late - got lost - but front desk person was extremely helpful getting us found! Great selection on Continental breakfast, crowded but large eating area. Very pleasant stay, much better than the last hotel we stayed in @ the Grand Canyon - will definately stay here again!

We had very comfortable and clean accomodations. A typical Holiday Inn Express, but the breakfast was better than most. Staff was friendly and helpful.
