Close to the Grand Canyon entry gate and very convenient. Room was clean, breakfast was good, desk people friendly. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon that is reasonably priced, this is a good choice.

Who designed the bathroom!!

Location of hotel is great, room size is larger than normal but whoever designed bathrooms needs more architectural training. Vanity outside bathroom but toilet is lower than normal and door right up against it, poor design. Good breakfast bar but could use fruit other than bananas. TV would not work and after two different visits from the repairman, moved us to another room stating that somebody had mixed up the remote controls in several rooms! Overheard front desk quoting a rate for same room I booked direct online at supposedly the "lowest rate" that was less per night than mine. Area is very overpriced with few restaurant choices, likely due to location. Of a 10 night trip, this was the most expensive room of all HIEX we stayed.

Nice Room!

The room was very nice...comfortable bed, soft bedding, large room overall. Very close to the entrance of Grand Canyon. The only thing I disliked was that the room we were in was right next door to the linen area for housekeeping; and we could hear them very early in the morning. Other than that, our experience was great! I would strongly recommend this property!

This was the most comfortable bed ever and the breakfast was awesome, too. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.

The front desk was a little slow checking me in, but the lady was in training and was real nice while i waited for the other desk clerk to get off the phone. The room was nice, expensive for a standard room though. The beds REALLY needed to be replaced, they were lumpy and falling sideways-the worst thing about the stay. The pool was great, spa included. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was on top of everything!! Little pricey and the beds were uncomfortable, but the staff and rest of the stay was great.
