Our family stayed an entire week at this hotel with no problems. The rooms were great! There were plenty of eateries to choose from. It also satisfied my kids. Mind you that we didn’t really partake in the buffet places. We went to the cooked to order eateries but they loved it. It had a great pool scene. It was an all inclusive drinks. The kids got use to just ordering what ever when ever. You can never go wrong with the burger and french fries and pizza all day everyday...lol....
The beach and pool scene was beautiful. $55pp per nite and kids under 12 stay free. Our room overlooked the lagoon. The yards were well maintained.
You could join in the free water sports the hotel offered with just a 10minute walk away. There was live music and an excursion desk...they had all these pool games for the kids were they could get candy...and more candy....
We went parasailing, did the wave runner..the family had an excellent time and whined they didn’t want to leave. The last time I stayed in Cancun it was at the Cancun Palace and we paid 135pp per nite and this was really comparable. I just could find were The Oasis offer room service here. For an $80 less a night..I will get my own food..ya know??? Anyway...just go and have fun and enjoy the establishment
Fine location, fair price

This was a very good buy. The room was clean and quiet, and the air conditioning actually worked. Rooms & baths were recently renovated, and it showed -- great! The staff was quite helpful with recommendations for nearby eating places, plus providing other information whenever requested. Front desk folks all spoke English willingly, and they were friendly, always greeting you whenever you came & went. You felt like they were always "taking good care of you." A "Tabac" shop is right next door, great for buying an international telephone card, the only way to call home or elsewhere in Europe. They even explained how to use it, quite nice. Hotel location is excellent, halfway between two Metro stations, plus being near a second line. (You can go anywhere in Paris on the Metro.) However, watch out for pickpockets in the Metro stations: carry your money & valuables in inside pockets (and/or enclose in a Ziplok bag & tuck it inside your shirt), and stay away from crowds when boarding a train -- another one will arrive in 3-4 minutes. Don't be in a position where you are "pushed" from behind when boarding a train. The staff offered to accompany me to the police station to submit a police report, which I thought went beyond their call of duty. In sum, I would stay at this hotel again. Heartily recommended!
