NEVER AGAIN

Talk about lack of customer service, spent over 1200 dollars for the weekend and got horrible service at the spa, so my girlfriend and I decided to cancel our massage and they slapped us a $100 dollar cancellation fee and then they were done with us. So If you enjoy having your money taken and getting nothing in return go to HERSHEY PA!!!

We visit the hotel hershey every year. It has become our favorite long weekend spot. The beds are devine and the spa is top notch.

I have been staying here since I have been a child. I am now bringing my children and nothing has changed. It smells the same, you still get hershey bars at check in and I am still a kid when it comes to the park. The beds are heaven and the staff is polite and helpful.

Hershey Hotel and Spa

It is a old hotel from the 1930s. In the back, they have a pond with fish in it. They also have a game room and several elevators throughout the hotel. The restaurant is very expensive, with food on the menu over $10 and around $20. The environment is mediteranian. I like national chains and less expensive, such as Hampton Inn better.

The Hotel Hershey

The Hotel Hershey was a real experience. I have seen the episode of Great Hotels with Samantha Brown many times. I had a queen suite located on the second floor, overlooking the front of the hotel grounds. We spent about $280 a night, and that is during the off-season on a Sunday, so this was a little expensive for me. With the extra expense, you do get much more elegance and more personal attention from the staff. Everyone we spoke to was polite and eager to meet our requests.

We ate in both the Circular dining room and the Fountain Cafe and found the price and quality of food to be excellent. The grounds of the hotel are breathtaking. There are reflection pools on the back end of the hotel that are really something to look at. We went to the indoor pool and the spa, which was a bit pricey but worth it. (I had the chocolate fondue wrap!) The stores in the hotel were a bit expensive, again--this is a high-class hotel, so it was expected. I found all sorts of visitors here: young families, gay couples, and older married types. Again, I cannot comment enough on the kindness and professionalism of the Hotel Hershey staff.
