Very nice Stay

My wife and I booked a weekend for an anniversery stay. We booked a special deal in a King studio at a very reasonable price, considering the downtown location. Absolutely no qualms about staying here again. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and it was only a five minute walk to Broadway and the clubs. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff very helpful. Checking in and out was quick and efficient.
There are quite a few homeless in the area, and are especially visible in the morning hours, but we were never bothered by them, and we always felt completely safe in our walks downtown.
Our only negative, and not much of one, would be the hot breakfast. Pretty bland.
Safety, parking, security issues abound!

This hotel is in a great location HOWEVER, there are plenty of homeless & others hassling guests, makes for a scary walk to the parking garage/in & out of the entrance, too. The security people are usually SLEEPING at night. The registration desk is well within the building and out of sight of any front door issues. Makes it difficult to get anything done quickly when trying to check in/out of deal with logistics at this place. Had trouble with room door NOT locking! If you are traveling alone be very cautious, especially if you are a female.

Loved this hotel. The room was huge and had a full kitchen, not just a mini fridge and a microwave. Hot breakfast in the morning was great, loved the waffles. Very nice location, close to everything downtown, so we could walk everywhere. Parking is a little confusing, but being downtown thats somewhat understandable. Will be back!!
