They are never on time

You can't trust the shuttle to pick you up. They failed two days in a row to pick my girlfriend and me up from our villa (about a 5 min golf cart trip to the main lobby). The first day we missed our ATV tour and the second day we almost missed our flight. It took them 45 minutes to get means of transportation for us to get to the airport. At one point they wanted us to pay a taxi to take us even though they were providing a free shuttle.
Some of the villas are located so far away from the main lobby, you have to get a ride.
The staff at the villa was top notch, wonderful and pleasant. The staff at the front desk including the manager were awful.
