No internet in the room! What's that about? The front desk staff needs to take pointers on customer service from the wait staff and house keeping. At least they smiled and seemed to enjoy their job. I couldn't wait to check out!

Clean well equipped rooms. Very friendly, educated staff. The level of service at Crowne Plaza Koln was excellent, we felt very well taken care of. Internet was a bit pricey, but we utilized it nonetheless. Location is terrific, and would reccommend this hotel for any Cologne visitor.

Good location in the center of the city and within a few steps from the subway. Excellent service and ammenities. Concierge went out of their way to ship items for me and locate lost luggage from airlines. Rooms are very nice but a bit small as expected in Europe. In house restaurant a bit pricey.
A good hotel in a good location

No it's not exactly in the best of locations for site seeing but it has lots of cafes and a shopping district nearby. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless and big by EU standards. No worries about small cramped little rooms here. A perfect hotel for business or pleasure.
