Staff and facilities were great. The breakfast buffet, while pricy, was the best we had on our trip. Excellent gym and spa, close to old town Stockholm for food, sight seeing and shopping.
Short Break with Child

We're from the US, currently living in the UK. Took a short break for our anniversary, but had to bring our child as we had no one to watch her. Overall, the experience was great. We were upgraded for free as it was our anniversary and the staff was extremely helpful. Our shower had an awful leak onto the bathroom floor and then into the room. We told them about it first thing in the morning, we had a note left in our room saying it was fixed, but on taking a shower the next night, the leak obviously hadn't been addressed at all. The room location was weird, had to pass the gym to get there and having 2 twin beds shoved together wasn't very romantic for our anniversary. The hotel restaurant is expensive (as is everything in the city), but the wait staff was excellent and bent over backwards to accomodate our 3 year old.

Arriving the hotel at night, met by professional staff the check inn went quick and painless. This was my first time at this hotel and i had high hopes for the hotel and stay.
The location is great, located on södermalam, with great views over Stockholm, and Gamla Stan.
I had booked a King Executive room for the first week, and a regular Queen room for the second week. As a Hilton Honors Diamond I got upgraded to keep the same room for the second week.
The room size was OK, as expected. (16m2) Located on the 3rd floor with great views. Room condition was good.
Bath was nice and bright, shower and a tub. Bath and shower amenities was Crab tree&Evelyn. Robe and slippers.
Other amenities; 2 bottles water bubbly, 2 bottles still water, a bottle wine, and some candy. water was refilled every day, I got candy and wine 3 times during my stay.
I also had access to the executive lounge, it was a nice place with great views, free drinks, coffee, food etc.
I got free breakfast, which was great, with a good selection of food.
Service at this hotel was good, staff was professional and nice.
The price is high, but you can find good prices during holidays and in low season. Seen the prices from USD 150 to 600 for the room I had.
