Business services were terrible. Stayed 4 nights and no attempt was made to fix the broken ice machine. Would not recommend.

This is a great resort for a couple alone or with children. This was our second time at the resort in the last 2 months, first time by ourselves and second time with 3 nieces and nephews. The staff was very helpful when necessary but not overbearing like many other places. The resort is definitely nice but not to the point of discomfort or having to pretend your hoity toity : ) The grounds are perfect for children with three pools one being a kiddie pool with a cool slide, an adult pool and one that is for families, both of which are very large. The long walking trail (nature trail) along the "Gila" river was nice for them as well, gave them a view of what that type of country is really like, and get to see lizards and herons etc... along with the huge lake behind the pools that have carp stocked in there. The other neat event that the kids liked (as well as us) is the boat ride from the resort to Rawhide the old west town... the kids were put into the old jail cell and rode burros and overall had a great time. My wife and I travel quite a bit and stay at many resorts, and so far, this one is our favorite in overall atmosphere and proximity to town... cuz of course the wife has to "shop til she drops". I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone wanting to get away by themselves or the whole family...

Peaceful location, excellent hotel, with very professional staff. We will stay there on our next trip and the one after that. The only change we would make is to stay longer the next time.

Lovely. Particularly at dusk. Be sure to take the water taxis. If you have kids, see Rawhide (western town). Other comments: Given room rate, do you really want to charge $25/hr for tennis? Really?

This is one of the most beautiful resorts I've stayed at. Food was great, pools wonderful, spa was second to none loved it. Staff very friendly, and helpful. Front desk was lacking in all departments. Housekeeping was just OK. Bugs were a huge problem had to be careful when opening door to patio in room, when out on patio at night you were eaten alive by mosquito's. We went on the boat to the restaurant at night...what a nightmare SWARMED by bugs on boat and at the restaurant had to leave to get inside. I am going back, just gonna stay inside at night.
